Dear Friends,
This is the first day in a very long time that I have decided to write. As some of you know my father passed away in May after a long battle with esophageal cancer. This fight took a great deal from me both mentally and physically but through it all I have kept my faith. That said, what I did not keep was my waist line. Yes, I got fat! In the spirit of dad and turning 44 a few days ago I have decided to dedicate this blog to getting fit/ exercising in 2016 and getting back on my vitamins.

Today September 12th 2016 was started off with a walk of 3 miles and back on the Doctors Best B12 and Vitamin D. I have been feeling low and to be honest with you this layer of fat has zapped my energy. I know the benefits of the B 12 to boost my energy and metabolism as well as the benefits of Vitamin D to help with the depression cloud over my head. I am counting on both as well as the moderate exercise to get me back on my feet and looking good again. As for the walk, it was a bit tough in the Texas heat but I made it all be it with a bit of monkey butt. Ah I digress but hell you know what it is like to walk in the heat in Texas. Ok, I think it was a good start and hope to get back in the swing of things very soon.
