Researchers gave a 30 gram serving of whey protein concentrates or hydrosolyzed whey twice a day for 8 weeks to 56 males with weight training experience. During that moment two upper-body training sessions were conducted and two lower-body training sessions were conducted every week.
After practice, the upper body one Rep max (1RM) improved 4% to 7% and the reduced body 1RM increased by 24% to 35% without important group variations. Things with whey concentrate hydrolyzed lost an average of 6 percent body fat. Things receiving placebo carbohydrate obtained about 4.4 percent body fat.
