Jarrow Dophilus + FOS survives stomach acid and colonizes the intestines. FOS is a natural fiber that enhances the growth of beneficial probiotic bacteria. Each capsule contains 3.4 billion total probiotic bacteria.

Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times per day with water and a meal. For infants and children, open capsule and mix contents with water, unheated liquids such as fruit juices, or foods. Or, take as directed by you qualified health care consultant.

Maltodextrin, tapioca starch, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), vitamin C and tricalcium phosphate. Capsule consists of gelatin.
