Jarrow Formulas Green Tea 500 is water extracted and consists of 50% polyphenols, including 30% catechins, approximately 15% of which is the important EGCG fraction. The polyphenols in green tea are potent antioxidants and support cardiovascular and immune health.

Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule per day with food, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
Other Ingredients
Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide and cellulose. Capsule consists of gelatin.
No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts.

Note: 1 capsule provides approximately 40 mg of caffeine.
