Create a morning and/or evening ritual to take your vitamins. Combine with self-care, such as herbal tea, a bath, or just 10-15 minutes of “me” time. Include your vitamins in this ritual.

Keep Them Visible

Out of sight, out of mind! If your vitamins are tucked in a cupboard or you don’t see them anywhere else, you’re likely to forget to take them, especially in the beginning.
